Keeping my healthy eating regimen simple is a key to my consistency. When it comes to nutrition there are many protein powders on the market and tons of suggested recipes.

  • 1 scoop – Zahler Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 8 ounces – Coconut Milk
  • 2 ounces – water (I used bottled)

Using a shaker bottle makes for easy blending. I purchased mine from Family Dollar.

 

 

Whey Protein Shake Recipe #2

  • 1 scoop – Zahler Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 5 ounces – Almond Milk
  • 5 ounces – Coconut Milk

Pour into shaker bottle and shake until smooth.

 

 

 

Whey Protein Shake Recipe #3

  • 1 scoop – Zahler Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 8 ounces – Water (or your favorite beverage)

Again, use shaker bottle or stir with spoon until smooth.

I use more or less liquid depending on how thick I want my shake to be.

Other easy add ingredients are banana, honey, coconut oil, avocado or even natural peanut butter.

Zahler offers additional flavored powders, including chocolate, strawberries and cookies and cream. Yes, I said it…cookie and cream!
