How To Use Peppermint Essential Oil

The benefits of peppermint essential oil can go on and on. It is calming, relieves headaches, increases energy, stimulates hair growth, and relieves dandruff…just to name a few things.

New York Biology is an excellent brand of essential oil. It is 100% pure and the fragrance of their peppermint oil is reminiscent of a candy cane. It is sweet and minty and perfect for a multitude of uses for both hair and skin.

Peppermint essential oil, like other essential oils, are potent. For my scrubs, soaps, and shampoos, just a few drops of essential oil is sufficient. This makes the cost of peppermint oil affordable.

Even though this oil has me excited to make candy cane themed soaps during the holidays, it’s perfect for everyday use. 😉
