Coconut oil has become very popular in beauty circles everywhere. It is hard to find a beauty blogger who is not talking about the benefits of coconut oil for the face and hair.
A huge attraction to coconut oil is that it comes straight from nature. The harsh chemicals and synthetic fragrances we endure with traditional beauty goods are gladly omitted from organic natural oils.
Coconut oil is easy to find and purchase. Today, you can find unrefined, organic coconut oil in your local grocery.
It can be purchased online from Amazon, eBay, and even Groupon. The demand for natural oils is rising.
Coconut oil is super affordable and benefits my skin and hair more than high-priced beauty products.
My love for coconut oil started in 2014. I participated in a hair health challenge for about three months. The challenge included incorporating coconut oil into my hair care regimen. I added the oil to my deep conditioners, massaged my scalp with the oil, and added it to other carrier oils for enriching hot oil treatments.
Coconut oil improves the health of every hair type. Women of all ethnic backgrounds have benefited from the use of coconut oil. Whether you are have relaxed, permed, straight, curly or kinky hair, there are ways to apply coconut oil to your hair routine and see optimum benefits.
By the end of the challenge my hair become softer, thicker, and retained amazing levels of moisture. Since I have Afro-textured relaxed hair, I struggled for years in all of those areas. From that point on I became a true believer am now devoting an entire blog site to this oil.
It’s that good and its uses are that endless.
