I have viewed this video on several occasions because I am just a little bit obsessed with ways to incorporate coconut oil into my life. 😉
Just this week I started adding 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil to my teas and it has been delicious. Plus I’m excited to shrink this belly down to size.
It is ironic that for many years I hated anything related to a coconut. Coconut flavored foods and candies were a complete turn off for me. Little did I know that I had yet to be exposed to the real thing.
Unrefined, organic coconut and coconut oil has an amazing flavor. And unlike coconut candy bars like Mounds and Almond Joy, pure coconut is packed with nutrients for the body.
